SSO Login for Desktop App for Inactivity

Currently, if you have been logged out of the desktop app due to inactivity you are unable to reactivate the session if you use SSO login as it is not an option.

  1. Login with SSO Login

  2. Let the session go inactive

  3. Once the prompt appears with the options to either dismiss or login, click login

  4. A browser opens up and SSO is not available amongst the options available to login .

  5. Now tester sad šŸ˜¢

    Hi Jessica, just wanted to let you know that this process will be improved shortly for all SSO users.

    In the meantime, the email field below will actually accept SSO domains (like yours). If you input your email in that field, the password field should disappear and you can then go to your identify provider to complete authentication. Can you confirm if this works the next time you see it?

    I'll leave this open as the core behavior will change soon.
