In slack and intercom, most mabl support and devs refer to this page as 'Feature Requests & Ideas'. Since this is common practice, I think it would make it easier for users to identify this page as such.
Suggestion: maybe add a lightbulb icon (or something like that) to the left or right of the question mark icon to separate 'I have a question/I need help' from 'I have feedback or ideas to give'.
Thanks for the feedback! I can see how it might be confusing at first but hope that once you click on that menu link and arrive at the feedback porta (feedback.mabl.com) it is clear what kind of product feedback we are looking for (e.g. feature requests and ideas) there.
