Windows link agent

I understand the console has to be open when running the connection. Is there any way to setup a different connection that is hidden. I would prefer to have a different way of connecting to mabl servers due to local users who need to run the tests on their local machines. Some of them do not have the time to wait for the connection to start or technical knowledge to get it working and keep it working.

The instructions were easy to use to setup the Windows link agent but having a different connection that is easier for our sales people to use would be incredibly helpful.

We are marking this item as shipped since it requires a one-time configuration to have the Link Agent on Windows run on system startup.

Hi Brent! There is an updated doc the describes how to setup mabl Link as a service: https://help.mabl.com/docs/running-the-link-agent-on-windows

You should only need one instance of it running on your network and a lot of customers just leave it running. A scheduled task might be another option for a more passive means of establishing the tunnel and keeping it available.
