I think to make sure the platform is engaging as many users as possible to the feedback portal, a link should be included in the top right navigation. See an example mock-up attached.
You can now quickly navigate to this portal form within the mabl app using the help dropdown menu in the top navigation as per the attached image.
Thanks for the suggestion, Harry! We were recently discussing some changes to that navigation and linking here is a great idea.
