I have a few open issues with mabl. The intercom doesn't allow me to quickly find the conversation it is related to. I would like to see the different conversations in a bigger format. I would also like to see where my issue is currently at. Is it with the engineers, Is customer response team still looking at it, is it closed because I never replied back to , or is it closed because fill in the blank.
Conversations are great, but having them be formatted as a more traditional ticket with an issue title and status would be a great help.
