Rreviewer's comment Column for the failed test cases in Plan run report

Whenever we run a plan and we get the failed test cases report for the same. when reviewer update failed reason for the particular failed test case its getting displayed on the run report but the reason or Note given by the reviewer is not visible so we request you to display the note written by the reviewer along with the failed reason, so that it will be easy to understand in brief by reading the note.
