As a tester I would like to be able to set each stage of my test to run with a different device. For example, I would like the stages 1, 3 and 5 to all run on desktop while stages 2 and 4 run on mobile.

It seems intuitive to me to not set the default of the Test Plan and instead let each test run off the setting for that test. So if I had a plan with 5 tests in parallel, each test would run off of the default device settings for that test rather than being overridden by the plan setting.
